Dear beloved homeowner,
It’s been a long, cold winter so far, and we’re only a little more than half-way through it in Maryland. I’m not used to having to work so hard here. These cold temperatures have me spewing out warm air almost constantly, but I’m not complaining. I’d do it for anyone who keeps me in the same tip-top shape that you do.
This Valentine’s Day, I wanted to thank you for your continued attention to me throughout the year. I love it when the professional HVAC technician comes in with his 13-point check list. He doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks. Literally. He checks for cracks in my ductwork. He checks for cracks in my main unit. He checks the heat pump and the gas furnace. He changes my filters so that I can give you clean heat. If I’m feeling a little sluggish, he recognizes it. If I’m getting ready to rest, he revives me. Usually, I can hardly wait until he comes back for the summer check-up.
Please give that Bel Air HVAC system technician my best this Valentine’s Day, and let him know you and I both appreciate him. We’ll keep the house cozy and warm until the day we can switch to cooling. Comfort is my middle name. Happy Valentine’s Day!
With love,
From your HVAC System
